Moving your loved ones into aged care facilities can be a lengthy and tough process. CarePage is an online platform that provides feedback and reviews to help you pick the facility and service that best suits the needs of your elderly family. We spoke to Lauren Todorovic Founder and Director of CarePage about developing this platform and what is next on the horizon.

What is your health innovation? What does it aim to do?

CarePage is customer and employee experience software that tracks real-time feedback across the customer journey. We have spent the last 4 years working in co-design with the industry to build a bespoke product taking into account the special needs and modifications for this type of software for the elderly.

The aim is to drive quality and better care outcomes for the elderly. Through honest and reliable insights aged care operators can make real improvements to their homes.

How do you celebrate and showcase your successes? Who is the first person you tell?

Whoever is in the office at the time — we will all do a ‘happy dance’ when we get great news — whether is feedback from clients, our readers, or a sale.

Being able to design our product and technology in co-design with Australian aged care services.

What is the next step for your innovation?

Constantly looking at ways to make gathering insights from clients/employees seamless to the operator (albeit anonymously).

We have some exciting new releases later this year but as it’s a first for the industry I probably can’t say too much but it will definitely be a game-changer for elderly people, and everyone on the peripheral of their care.

With a new release scheduled later this year, CarePage is going from strength to strength. Follow CarePage’s progress on Health Horizon.
